REET 2024 eligibility OF Primary Level Class I to V
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications: 10+2 (Intermediate) Examination with a minimum of 50% marks along with either a passed or appearing 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education; or
10+2 (Intermediate) Examination with 50% marks and a 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) course; or
10+2 (Senior Secondary) Examination with 50% marks and a Diploma in Education (Special); or
a Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education.

REET 2024 eligibility Of Junior Level Class VI to VIII
A Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by a 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education, or
a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks along with a completed or ongoing B.Ed Degree, or
a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks and a Special B.Ed Degree, or
a Senior Secondary qualification with 50% marks and a 4-Year B.A.Ed or B.Sc.Ed Course.

REET 2024 syllabus :
The REET examination is structured into two distinct levels: Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 targets candidates who wish to become primary school educators for students in Classes 1 to 5, whereas Level 2 is intended for those who seek to instruct upper primary students in Classes 6 to 8. Each level is governed by its own tailored syllabus. The syllabus for Level 1 encompasses topics such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Conversely, the syllabus for Level 2 comprises Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, along with specialized content in either Mathematics and Science or Social Studies.
